Since 2013, Eric Gauss and Odette van Rensburg
have been documenting social behaviour.
As independent filmmakers, we confront the unspoken,
stigmatised and overlooked issues.
By peeling back the layers of societal masks, secrets are revealed,
shining a light on behaviour that is mostly whispered.

My work explores the intersection of perception and consumption in a world saturated by
visual noise.
We have become numbed to the culture of fast food visual—fleeting, mass-produced images that demand little engagement and leave us
craving more.
Through my art, I seek to disrupt this cycle, inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the depth of their own sensory experience.

Odette van Rensburg
Since a child I had a deep curiosity, observing people and trying to understand their motivations.
I'm a fearless truth-teller, exposing issues brushed under the carpet,
no matter the discomfort.
I cannot keep quiet about the injustices in our world and ensure the silenced are
given a voice.
As a belly dancer I have danced barefoot in the Sinai, reveling in the silence of the desert.
Some of my music is featured as
soundtrack in our film.
